Privacy information from ALL-INKL.COM

When you access the website, the hosting provider may automatically process information including your IP address, date and time of access, the requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, access status and the amount of data transferred.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its technical stability and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.

According to the hosting provider, regular server log files are deleted after no more than seven days. Longer storage may occur in individual cases where this is necessary to investigate an attack or misuse. A data processing agreement is used where required by Article 28 GDPR.

Encrypted transmission

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the use of “https://” in the address bar of your browser. Encryption helps protect data transmitted between your browser and the website against unauthorised access.

Contact and enquiries

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the information you provide is processed in order to respond to your enquiry. This includes your name, email address, optional telephone number, message and the time of submission.

The form is provided using Contact Form 7 and a locally operated honeypot function for spam protection. No external CAPTCHA service is used. The submitted information is transmitted to me by email.

If your enquiry relates to a possible or existing contractual relationship, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the effective handling of enquiries addressed to me.

Email and telephone

If you contact me by email or telephone, the information you provide and the content of your enquiry will be processed in order to respond. The same legal bases apply as described above.

Enquiry data is deleted when the matter has been conclusively resolved, unless legal retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer storage.

External services and content

YouTube

The Playground contains a playlist provided by YouTube. The privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com is used. YouTube content is not loaded as an active video player until you activate the content.

When YouTube content is activated, a connection to Google servers may be established. Google may receive your IP address, browser and device information, the referring page and information about your interaction with the video. If you are signed in to a Google account, this information may be associated with your account.

The provider for users in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing takes place on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.

Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area. Google provides information about the safeguards used for international transfers in its privacy documentation.

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on the same web server. No connection to Google Fonts is established when the website is loaded.

LinkedIn and WhatsApp links

The footer contains ordinary external links to LinkedIn and WhatsApp. No content from these services is embedded and no connection is established merely by displaying the links.

If you click one of these links, you leave this website and establish a direct connection to the respective provider. The provider may process your IP address, browser information, referrer information and other data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

If you contact me through WhatsApp, the content and contact information you provide will be processed in order to respond to your enquiry. WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes data independently in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Recipients and data transfers

Personal data is disclosed only where this is necessary to operate the website, answer an enquiry, fulfil a contract, comply with a legal obligation or protect legitimate interests.

Service providers acting on my behalf are used only where necessary and are contractually bound in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Personal data is not sold.

Where data is transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or another legal basis permitted under Articles 44–49 GDPR.

Storage periods

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Data may be retained for a longer period where legal retention obligations apply or where it is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

After the relevant purpose and any applicable retention periods cease to apply, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your data protection rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access under Article 15 GDPR
  • Right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR
  • Right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR
  • Right to restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR
  • Right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR
  • Right to object under Article 21 GDPR
  • Right to withdraw consent under Article 7(3) GDPR

A withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to that processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. Processing will then cease unless compelling legitimate grounds can be demonstrated or the processing is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR.
